Abstract

Modernitas telah melahirkan krisis spiritual-psikologis yang ditandai oleh meningkatnya kecemasan eksistensial, alienasi sosial, dan kehilangan makna hidup. Di sisi lain, studi teologi Islam kontemporer masih cenderung bersifat normatif-doktrinal dan kurang responsif terhadap problem kemanusiaan modern. Penelitian terdahulu umumnya membahas spiritualitas, psikologi Islam, atau konseling secara parsial, sehingga belum menghadirkan model integratif yang menempatkan tauhid sebagai paradigma penyembuhan holistik. Artikel ini bertujuan merekonstruksi teologi Islam menuju paradigma “Konseling Tauhid Integratif-Holistik” melalui integrasi dimensi spiritual, psikologis, dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis library research dengan pendekatan teologis, filosofis, dan psikologis. Analisis dilakukan melalui content analysis dan critical discourse analysis terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer mengenai teologi Islam, tasawuf, psikologi spiritual, dan konseling Islam. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa tauhid tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai doktrin keimanan, tetapi juga sebagai epistemologi healing theology yang mampu membangun stabilitas mental, kesadaran eksistensial, dan keseimbangan sosial manusia modern. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada rekonstruksi fungsi teologi Islam dari paradigma dogmatis menuju paradigma transformatif-aplikatif, sekaligus menawarkan model konseptual baru dalam pengembangan konseling Islam holistik berbasis tauhid.
